Role Overview
- Lead and supervise the Sourcing Strategy & Supply Chain team
- Define and deploy the sourcing and supplier strategy
- Provide market, supply chain, and risk intelligence
- Support pre-sales (ITO) and execution (OTR) phases
- Oversee supplier governance and strategic forums
- Contribute to make-or-buy decisions and M&A evaluations
- Incorporate sovereignty and geopolitical considerations
- Manage supplier performance and contributions to S&OP
Requirements
- Advanced degree (Master’s level or equivalent) in Procurement, Supply Chain, Engineering, or Management
- Proven experience in team management and cross-functional coordination
- Experience in international, multi-site environments
- Professional working proficiency in English (written and spoken)
