Identify, evaluate, and develop relationships with fruit and vegetable suppliers across Egypt
Negotiate commercial terms, pricing, contracts, and supply agreements
Manage procurement processes to ensure continuity of supply and product quality
Monitor market trends, pricing dynamics, crop availability, and seasonal fluctuations
Conduct regular visits to suppliers, farms, and sourcing regions to assess production capabilities and quality standards
Collaborate closely with internal teams to align procurement activities with business requirements
Develop and implement procurement optimization initiatives to improve efficiency and cost-effectiveness
Ensure compliance with company policies, quality requirements, and industry standards

Minimum 5–8 years of experience in purchasing, procurement, or sourcing within the food, agri-food, fresh produce, or import/export industry
Strong knowledge of the Egyptian fruit and vegetable market
Proven track record in supplier management, negotiations, and procurement optimization
Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
Fluency in English
Willingness and ability to travel extensively across Egypt
