About this role
Role Overview
Serve as a liaison between the Enterprise Sales Teams, clients, partners, and project managers
Organize and coordinate product delivery, maintain updates on timelines and project statuses
Prepare reporting required by the client
Coordinate last minute product or delivery changes
Manage inquiries and escalations
Engage with service partners for project work
Work on order fulfillment and status updates for client orders
Participate in customer conference calls to define services and schedules
Provide daily shipping report and weekly inventory report
Requirements
Associate's Degree or equivalent combination of education and work experience
9 years of work experience to qualify for role
11 years of total work experience to be fully proficient
Intermediate to advanced Excel skills
Working knowledge of Traxx/MarkITPlace enterprise system
Intermediate to advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office suite (Outlook, Word, Access, PowerPoint)
Understanding of the lifecycle of a customer order and some order processing experience
Knowledge of Enterprise sales organization and sales process
Demonstrated knowledge of project coordination process
Excellent communication skills
