About this role

Lead end-to-end delivery of complex RWE engagements, including observational studies, registries, database analyses, chart reviews, and other non-interventional research
Own and manage project plans, timelines, milestones, resourcing models, and budgets, ensuring high-quality and financially responsible delivery
Drive execution across the full project lifecycle, including study startup, operationalization, tool/EDC implementation, and close-out
Identify, assess, and manage complex risks and dependencies, developing and implementing mitigation strategies independently

Bachelor's degree required; advanced degree preferred in life sciences, public health, epidemiology, biostatistics, or related field
Typically 5–8+ years of project management experience in RWE, observational research, late-phase research, or healthcare consulting
Demonstrated success managing large or complex RWE engagements with significant client interaction
Strong understanding of real-world study designs, data sources, and regulatory/ethics frameworks
Experience working in global, matrixed organizations.
