Manage the overall Human Resources (HR) strategies, systems, tactics, and procedures across Codekeeper
Oversee recruitment activities, including sourcing, attracting, screening, interviewing, and assessing potential candidates, and onboarding new employees
Collaborate with department managers to define role requirements
Conduct initial screening calls and evaluate candidates based on established criteria
Present job offers to successful candidates, detailing position terms, remuneration, and benefits
Explore new platforms, tools, and strategies to enhance recruitment processes
Document procedures and workflows in the HR Recruitment Folder
Develop, structure, and document HR procedures aligned with company policies
Manage onboarding processes to ensure a seamless transition for new hires
Organize three online team gatherings and one offline team event per year to foster engagement and a strong company culture
Requirements
A minimum of 1–2 years in a similar HR or recruitment role
Background in recruitment, with experience in screening, interviewing, and assessing candidates
Experience in performance coaching
Proficiency in English, both written and verbal
Ability to adapt and multitask in a fast-paced environment
Strong organizational, analytical, and strategic thinking skills
