Responsible for developing and managing research and evaluation contracts, and assisting in the research, planning, and development of research and/or quality projects aimed at guiding Medicaid policies, procedures, and quality initiatives.
Manages contracts as assigned including: developing and drafting contract scopes of services and amendments.
Reviewing and analyzing contract budgets and related financial information.
Working closely with vendor(s) to ensure timely submission, quality of deliverables, and adherence of deliverables to the intent and scope of work outlined in the contract.
Conduct policy, research, or quality projects as directed in a timely and accurate manner.
Identify trends and issues in the Medicaid program that warrant research, investigation, or evaluation to improve and enhance the quality of health care delivery in the Medicaid program.
Perform other duties and responsibilities as required.
Requirements
One year of professional experience in systems analysis, management analysis, program planning, program research, program evaluation, engineering, and/or administrative work.
A bachelor's degree from a college or university and/or a master's degree from a college or university in health services, social work, psychology, public administration, health care or social services administration.
