About this role
Role Overview
Manage and monitor tickets and complaint handling using spreadsheets and internal systems
Record activities in the system, provide support and handle complaints related to field activities, resolving requests within the support level
Reopen tickets, follow up and update tickets as required
Communicate via email, phone and WhatsApp with internal teams, logistics operators and partners
Support incident tracking, ensuring information is organized, appropriately routed and that requests progress
Monitor requests and support their progress until completion
Requirements
High school diploma (completed)
Previous experience in a call center/customer service center is a plus
Technical skills: Basic knowledge of Excel
Basic computer skills (email, web navigation and use of systems)
Behavioral competencies: Agility in daily routines and tasks
Good judgement and critical thinking to analyze requests
Good written and verbal communication
Proactive attitude
Ability to work in a team
Organizational skills and attention to routine processes
