Serve as the primary relationship manager for a portfolio of high-net-worth clients
Act as a trusted risk advisor
Lead annual and ongoing coverage reviews
Build and maintain strong carrier relationships
Coordinate a white-glove service model
Partner with producers and internal teams to support client retention and portfolio growth
Oversee the resolution of complex coverage questions and service issues
Stay informed on industry trends, carrier appetite, and emerging risks impacting affluent clients.

Hold the appropriate Property & Casualty license required
Minimum ten years' experience
Professional designation(s) (preferred)
Knowledge of Applied, Excel, Word, Outlook, and online rating programs preferred
Valid driver’s license required with occasional travel required.
