Support the development of written, web-based, and training and technical assistance products, including briefs, reports, tools, and presentations
Conduct background research and synthesize findings through literature reviews, systematic evidence reviews, evaluation reports, and practitioner
and policy-oriented briefs
Provide foundational quantitative research and evaluation support, including programming in statistical software and conducting basic statistical analyses
Assist with qualitative research activities such as instrument development, coding, synthesis, and documentation
Develop and maintain workflow protocols, templates, and project tracking tools to support high-quality, on-time deliverables
Contribute to internal knowledge management and support team collaboration across projects
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in public policy, sociology, statistics, economics, or a related field
Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in human services, workforce policy, social policy research, evaluation, or related consulting work
Demonstrated experience supporting qualitative and/or quantitative research, including exposure to statistical software such as Stata, R, SAS, or SPSS
Strong technical writing and editing skills
Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
