- Support the firm’s lateral attorney hiring and onboarding process, focusing on EMEA
- Oversee and coordinate the legal and operational aspects of lateral integration, focusing on conflicts clearance
- Guide lateral partner candidates through onboarding requirements, gather necessary information
- Collaborate with firm leadership and various internal teams for smooth onboarding
Requirements
- Experience as a qualified lawyer in a large law firm or in-house legal department
- EMEA legal experience or familiarity with law firm structures and regulatory frameworks across EMEA jurisdictions
- Familiarity with conflicts or similar risk management processes in a law firm setting
