Support talent review and governance: Prepare and facilitate talent discussions, providing insights on leadership gaps, risks, and pipeline health.
Ensure fair and consistent people practices: Monitor processes for bias and consistency while promoting transparency through clear reporting and communication.
Requirements
A master's or bachelor's degree in human resources, economics, psychology or a related field
Minimum 5
7 years of experience in a related HR position
A proactive mindset and strong organizational skills
Data-driven and attentive to detail
Experience with 'Performance Leadership'
Comfort working in a fast‑moving, international environment
Excellent communication skills in English and Dutch (written and verbal)
Ability to connect people, solve problems and keep things moving
