Write and ensure the quality of user stories, detailing requirements and acceptance criteria.
Collaborate with system architects to ensure proposed solutions meet the organization’s long-term objectives.
Map and document APIs, integrations, and relevant technical contracts.
Map current (As-Is) flows, identify bottlenecks, and design optimized (To-Be) processes that maximize systems ROI.
Act as an internal consultant, managing expectations and communicating project progress and risks clearly.
Actively participate in upstream activities, collaborating on the refinement and detailing of requests.
Oversee the creation of test plans and validate that technical delivery is strictly aligned with business needs.
Produce efficient documentation, focusing on what truly adds value to the team.
Support the technical development of mid-level and junior analysts, promoting best practices in systems analysis.
Collaborate with PMs, Tech Leads, Agile Coaches and other team members to ensure high-quality deliveries.
Support the definition and detailing of initiative scope, contributing to estimates and predictability.
Participate in prioritization meetings, providing relevant information about requests and impacts.
Create and detail user stories in Jira, ensuring clarity and alignment with product objectives.

Experience as a Business Systems Analyst or in similar roles acting as an interface between IT and the business.
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business Administration, or related fields.
Deep knowledge of Agile methodologies (Scrum/Kanban).
Strong experience with SQL for data analysis and systems validation.
Proficiency with modeling tools (UML, BPMN, Lucidchart or Visio).
Knowledge of system integrations via APIs (REST/SOAP).
Proficiency with backlog management tools (Jira, Azure DevOps).
Experience writing user stories and acceptance criteria.
Experience with upstream processes, refinement and prioritization of requests.
Ability to produce concise, useful documentation for the team.
Comfortable working collaboratively with different profiles (product, technology, agility).
