Analyze product performance and key KPIs – sales, turnover, coverage, inventory;
Organize internal processes
data analyses, planning, and coordination with relevant departments;
Provide support and customer service to e-commerce customers;
Develop and execute commercial strategies to maximize sales and margins across digital channels;
Perform product uploads, replenishment, and system maintenance, ensuring the platform is continuously updated;
Efficiently categorize products to facilitate site navigation;
Responsible for continuous operational improvement activities for the e-commerce platform;
Maintain regular communication with the quality management team to ensure alignment of information.

Reside in Porto Alegre or the metropolitan area;
Currently pursuing a bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Logistics, Commercial Management, Management Processes, or related fields;
Proficiency in Microsoft Office, with intermediate Excel skills;
Strong analytical and strategic thinking skills;
Experience in e-commerce;
Experience in data analysis and SEO;
Experience with Google Analytics and Google Ads;
Knowledge of digital marketing tools and CRM systems.
