Role Overview
Lead & manage your partnership portfolio like a business through a growing team of junior associates: develop and execute growth strategies; track and monitor performance; and complete analysis to identify areas of risk and opportunity
Understand the products and services offered by each partner, and create specific initiatives to support Capital One’s financial health products & experiences including CreditWise
Uncover opportunities to improve commercial relationships; summarize and articulate to internal teams, and develop the strategic plan to execute, in collaboration with internal stakeholders
Organize, schedule and conduct regular calls with each partner, and in-person business and product reviews
Work with financial teams on forecast and revenue projections for partnerships
Develop deep understanding for marketplace products and the personal finance landscape as a whole including emerging technologies & solutions their economic impact for both the partner and Capital One
Requirements
Bachelor’s Degree or Military experience
At least 6 years of Business Development, Partnerships, or Relationship Management experience
At least 5 years experience in a customer-facing role in an organizational or entrepreneurial setting
1+ years experience with personal finance products or credit bureaus or financial health industry (Preferred)
