Experience in software industry and ERP systems preferred.
Hands-on experience in strategic planning and business case development.
Strong analytical, strategic thinking, and communication skills.
Experience working directly with enterprise customers and executive stakeholders.
Ability to translate complex regulatory and operational requirements into scalable product solutions.
5+ years applicable experience and demonstrated success/knowledge preferred.
2+ years of specialized/industry experience preferred.
Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent experience).
