Identify new business opportunities in target accounts
Manage complex end-to-end B2B sales processes, executing needs analyses, value proposition definitions and negotiations with C-level stakeholders
Insight into the HR/L&D customer market and bring to bear that knowledge in conversations with large local and international companies
Write and deliver compelling pitch presentations, requiring a thorough knowledge of the market and how our services stand out from competitors
Collaborate with internal teams to support clients
Requirements
At least 3 years’ experience managing complex consultative end-to-end B2B sales processes
Strong relational skills, influencing skills and presence
Exceptional communication skills
Passion for selling high quality solutions that deliver real business impact for clients
Fluency in Dutch and excellent level of English
Experience working in education and/or with HR stakeholders is a plus
Knowledge of Salesforce is a plus
