Drive a strategic initiative end to end, coordinating cross-functional teams and pushing through roadblocks to get to a decision quickly.

Strategic thinking: ability to connect macroeconomic trends, competitive dynamics, and company-level data into a coherent growth narrative.
Commercial judgement: instinct for identifying what drives value in a business, backed by financial fluency and analytical rigour.
M&A and business development experience: track record of sourcing, evaluating, and executing acquisitions, partnerships, or strategic investments.
Operational execution skills: experience running performance reviews, OKR cycles, and budget delivery across multi-country portfolios.
Stakeholder management: comfort engaging with C-level portfolio leadership, internal teams, and external advisors with credibility and clarity.
Communication skills: ability to synthesise complex information into crisp, persuasive recommendations for senior audiences.
