About this role
Role Overview
Identify new enterprise customers and develop long-term strategic business relationships.
Leverage existing networks and modern sales approaches to create new opportunities at the decision-maker level.
Manage the entire enterprise sales cycle — from initial outreach through discovery, demos and negotiations to a successful close.
Confidently engage with C-level stakeholders and translate complex requirements into clear value propositions.
Collaborate closely with internal teams such as Marketing, Customer Success and Product to drive sustainable growth.
Contribute your own ideas and play an active role in shaping the enterprise sales strategy.
Requirements
Several years of experience in enterprise SaaS sales or in selling complex, consultative software solutions.
Ideally a strong, reliable network in enterprise, corporate or digital environments.
Experience building and managing complex sales pipelines and longer decision-making processes.
Confident presence at decision-maker level, with strong communication and negotiation skills.
Strategic thinker, self-motivated and holding high standards for the quality of your work.
Experience with modern CRM tools such as HubSpot is an advantage.
Native-level German and good English skills.
