About this role
Role Overview
Strategic measurement, reporting and optimisation: translate data from multiple sources in to clear actionable data-driven insights, working closely with agencies and partners to ensure accurate tracking, attribution, and a clear optimisation loop focused on lowering CPA.
Collaborative Influence: work in partnership marketing, ecommerce and agency teams to align channel strategy, creative output and optimisation priorities.
Execute a structured end-to-end test-and-learn programme (targeting, placements, creative and offers), scaling winners while staying focused on core KPIs (CPA/CPS) balancing the need for innovation vs. focusing on achieving core KPIs.
Plan, execute & optimise all digital acquisition marketing activities, including SEO, PPC, display & programmatic with external agency partners and the in-house paid search team.
Own budget tracking and pacing, clearly communicating the impact of investment through CPA/CPS and other efficiency metrics.
Requirements
You’re fluent in English and must bring native‑level proficiency in at least one of the following languages: Polish, Romanian, or Hungarian.
Experience executing paid media campaigns across multiple markets and cultures
Performance Pedigree: Proven track record in hands-on digital campaign execution at an agency or in-house.
Digital marketing obsessed: Passionate searcher of industry insights, always informed on latest developments in digital paid marketing and ensuring alignment with platform best practices
Data Fluency: Proven experience in consistently tracking, optimising and reporting the results of campaigns to improve CPA, ROAS, and other KPIs.
Effective relationship builder: Able to collaborate with a range of individuals at all levels in the organisation.
A highly collaborative style: Able to thrive in a team environment as well as work highly effectively working independently
Able to influence others even in the absence of direct authority.
Full funnel digital mindset: Driving efficiency while applying full funnel strategy accounting for all digital touch points with consumers.
Advanced experience with analytical suites (e.g. Adobe Analytics) and a commitment to data-driven decision-making.
Drive, pragmatism and the ability to make things happen in an environment of ambiguity, complexity and multiple stakeholders.

Your primary base will be in Osterley, on the Sky campus, a 10-minute walk from Syon Lane train station.
