Lead functional projects or represent the team on corporate initiatives
Create, maintain, and improve business process documentation and tools.
Coordinate change management for affected staff/partners, providing training and support.
Develops working relationships with members of the management team in successful attainment of business unit goals and objectives.
Assemble and lead cross functional teams as needed to accomplish assigned project or business objective.
Identifies, creates and implements tools and processes that support product and service.
Research, analyze and collaborate with cross functional partners in recommending business capabilities and solutions
Provide support and input into product development/enhancements based upon marketplace acceptance, marketplace need, emerging directions and competitive environment.
Assists in the management of profit and loss for a product/program or for a component of large/complex product/program.
Execute product/program level strategy.
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in related field or equivalent work experience
