Handle incoming requests from internal teams (CS Care first, then Sales, Onboarding…)
Investigate product bugs and limitations
Partner with Product Managers and Tech on the right solutions
Design training sessions
Build and maintain the internal documentation on Notion
Orchestrate internal communication around new features

Background in engineering, Computer Science, or a Master's in economics/finance with a tech / banking specialization
Initial experience (internship, school project, side project) in project management, product, tech support, or ticketing
Comfortable with context switching
Comfortable in a fast-paced and demanding environment
Owner mindset
Key soft skills: resilience, humility, curiosity, pedagogy, rigor, ability to prioritize
Fluent English required
Italian, French, or German: a real plus.
