As Brand Guardian, you develop and implement the brand strategy for Switzerland by linking global guidelines with local consumer insights
You define the marketing activation calendar and lead the planning and execution of omnichannel campaigns (including mass media, influencer marketing, TikTok and point of sale)
You help shape the local product portfolio based on the needs and opportunities of the Swiss market
You brief and manage agencies to create brand-compliant, locally relevant assets (in German and French) and ensure timely campaign execution
You track brand metrics (awareness, equity, engagement) and campaign KPIs, using these data to drive continuous optimization
You work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure a consistent brand experience across D2C, pureplay and point of sale
You coordinate closely with the local commercial teams to align marketing activities with market and sales objectives
Requirements
You have 4–6 years of solid professional experience as a Brand or Marketing Manager in the FMCG/consumer goods sector, preferably within Food & Beverage
You have proven experience leading or managing one or more brands in Switzerland with revenues of at least CHF 50 million
You have substantial experience managing a D2C business and running omnichannel campaigns (including mass media, influencer marketing, social media such as TikTok and Meta, as well as point of sale and pureplay)
You demonstrate a strong hands-on mentality, excellent project management skills and a genuine enthusiasm for cross-functional collaboration
You have a strategic, creative and data-driven mindset and are confident using digital marketing tools
You possess business-fluent German (including Swiss German) and fluent French, and use English confidently for internal communication
