About this role
Role Overview
You drive strategic initiatives across the entire cell therapy lifecycle
You act as the central interface and a leadership figure within cross-functional teams
You build sustainable partnerships with treatment centers and medical stakeholders
You apply your expertise to influence decision-making processes
You establish and optimize operational workflows in treatment centers
You serve as a technical expert and primary point of contact for cell therapy workflows
You provide operational and clinical support for studies as well as commercial applications
You ensure compliance with regulatory requirements
You are responsible for developing and implementing training concepts for medical personnel
Requirements
Completed degree in healthcare (e.g., Nursing, Physician Assistant, life sciences) or equivalent
Several years (approx. 8+ years) of relevant professional experience in cell therapy
Deep expertise in cell therapy processes, regulatory requirements, and clinical and operational workflows
Demonstrable experience collaborating with internal and external partners and managing complex projects
Strong capabilities in developing and optimizing care structures and service models
Excellent communication and influencing skills across stakeholder levels
Experience with quality processes (e.g., deviations, CAPA, change control)
Very good German and English skills, written and spoken
Willingness to travel approximately 50% within the region
