Own the structure, data quality, and automation flows in our CRM (HubSpot) — making sure pipeline data is reliable and consistent across the go-to-market team.
Build and maintain revenue dashboards covering ARR, win rate, sales cycle, churn, and NRR — and run our forecasting processes to give leadership the clarity they need.
Design and document scalable processes for sales, onboarding, and customer success, and keep them alive as the business evolves.
Own our revenue tech stack — evaluate, implement, and retire tools as we grow.
Lead AI tooling initiatives across go-to-market: prospecting tools, conversation intelligence, workflow automation, and more.
Drive the projects, align the stakeholders, and make them stick.
Be an active contributor and driver of strategic commercial projects — from go-to-market expansion to how we build and scale our commercial operations.
Requirements
3–6 years of experience in Revenue Operations, Sales Operations, or a similar role at a B2B SaaS company.
Strong hands-on experience with HubSpot or Salesforce — comfortable building complex workflows, reports, and dashboards.
Analytical mindset — you turn data into decisions, not just slides.
Genuine curiosity about AI tools and how they're changing go-to-market; you've probably already been experimenting.
Strong communicator who can drive cross-functional projects without formal authority.
Fluent in English and Swedish.
