Lead and execute high-impact projects within the People Insights and Analytics space, ensuring alignment with the Village's broader strategic goals.
Partner with Total Rewards, Talent Acquisition, Learning & Development, and other People Services teams to integrate analytics into overarching HR strategies.
Act as a strategic voice during organizational shifts. Communicate project milestones, difficult trade-offs, and strategic context clearly and empathetically to stakeholders at all levels.
Identify opportunities for streamlining data workflows, reporting cadences, and operational efficiencies within the PI&A team to set us up for future success.
Provide guidance to Project Managers and Analysts on the team. Foster a culture of continuous improvement, openness, and mutual support.

5+ years of dedicated project management experience, preferably within Human Resources, People Analytics, or a related strategic function.
Strategic Acumen: Proven ability to connect day-to-day project execution to long-term organizational design and strategic ambitions.
Communication Skills: Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with a track record of delivering both strategic vision and sensitive information with compassion and clarity.
Technical Knowledge: Strong understanding of people analytics, HRIS platforms (e.g., Workday), and data-driven decision-making processes.
