Design and produce structural written pieces, manifestos, foundational articles, lead magnets, and long-running LinkedIn series that carry true authority and earn external citations.
Treat atomization as a strict discipline: turn one mother-piece into 15–25 derivatives (LinkedIn posts, quotes, threads, newsletter segments) without diluting the message.
Sustain a daily written presence on LinkedIn (official and signature personal accounts) and a weekly cadence for long-form formats.
Maintain a real-time editorial calendar and a pre-produced content buffer to ensure the brand publishes on rhythm, without breaking quality.
Ghostwrite LinkedIn posts, signed articles, and manifestos for the Head of Brand & Communication, perfectly matching their tone, posture, and recurring lexicon.
Provide editorial coaching on pieces the Head writes themselves, offering structural feedback and point-of-view sharpening.
Write high-converting copy for the GTM team’s paid and owned-channel projects (landing pages, ad copy, nurture sequences, lead magnets) while fiercely protecting the editorial voice.
Flag and push back on any GTM briefs that would dilute the brand's tone.
Requirements
Proven track record as a senior editorial writer, preferably within B2B SaaS, with a portfolio of heavy, structural pieces (manifestos, white papers, thought leadership).
Exceptional ghost-writing abilities, you know how to adopt another leader's voice invisibly and consistently.
Deep understanding of content atomization (write once, ship many) and cross-channel distribution, especially on LinkedIn.
Ability to hold a high-quality bar under the pressure of a daily publishing cadence.
Strong backbone to defend the brand's editorial line and push back when conversion pressures threaten to dilute the voice.
A proactive approach to testing and integrating AI tools into the writing workflow.
