Role Overview
- Install, maintain, repair and troubleshoot complex industrial 3D printers at customer sites
- Provide system introduction and customer basic trainings
- Advise customers and colleagues on the telephone
- Consult and support clients in handling complicated service cases
- Participate in in-house trainings at headquarters in Germany
Requirements
- Education within electrical/mechanical engineering, mechatronics or similar
- Certified electrotechnician qualified to perform independent work on electrical equipment
- Passion to learn and become a Certified Technician in electro-technology
- Experience as a Field Service Engineer preferable within Additive Manufacturing
- Living in the Czech Republic with a car driving license
- Ability to lift and move equipment weighing up to 25 kg
- Very good English skills
