Install, service and monitor the equipment fleet: order spare parts for interventions, open service requests and intervention work orders, perform instrument updates, provide hands-on training during the installation phase (Hematology) and coordinate deployments at installation sites
Manage communications with customers

Requirements
Previous experience in a similar position, preferably in diagnostics
Knowledge of electronics, mechanics and robotics
Strong customer-focused mindset and interpersonal skills
Intermediate level of English required
