Field Service Engineer – Southeast

Role Overview

• Install, service and monitor the equipment fleet: order spare parts for interventions, open service requests and intervention work orders, perform instrument updates, provide hands-on training during the installation phase (Hematology) and coordinate deployments at installation sites
• Manage communications with customers
• Carry out administrative activities

Requirements

• Previous experience in a similar position, preferably in diagnostics
• Knowledge of electronics, mechanics and robotics
• Strong customer-focused mindset and interpersonal skills
• Intermediate level of English required
