You lead customer meetings, product tastings, negotiations, and sales visits while showcasing the Planted brand and product portfolio.
You identify, acquire, and develop new business opportunities and expand existing partnerships to increase in
and out-of-store sales.
You create long-term win-win partnerships through smart sales strategies and outstanding plant-based food experiences for end consumers.
You manage customer consultations, complaints, merchandising activities, and daily follow-ups in a professional and solution-oriented way.
You maintain accurate CRM documentation and continuously monitor sales activities and market developments in your region.
Requirements
Hold a degree or professional training in gastronomy, hospitality, business administration, or a related field.
Bring 2–3 years of experience in sales, ideally within food service, gastronomy, or FMCG.
Communicate and negotiate confidently with different stakeholders and build strong customer relationships naturally.
Work independently and efficiently in a fast-paced environment while bringing a structured, resilient, and customer-oriented approach with an open and outgoing personality.
Use excellent presentation, communication, MS Office, and AI skills to drive impactful customer interactions and significantly increase personal productivity.
Share a genuine passion for plant-based food and sustainable eating experiences.
Possess a valid driver’s license and are willing to travel regularly across Romandie.
Speak French at native level and communicate fluently in English.
