Content Marketing Strategy Manager

Role Overview

• Editorial calendar: own end-to-end planning aligned to go-to-market priorities
• Hands-on content creation: write thought leadership, campaign assets, sales enablement
• Full-funnel asset development: build content for awareness, consideration, and decision stages
• Distribution and repurposing: activate content across various channels
• Sales and demand gen alignment: develop content that supports account-based marketing
• Performance and optimization: track engagement, pipeline influence, and sales usage
• Content operations: build scalable systems for planning, production, and approvals

Requirements

• 6–10 years of B2B SaaS content marketing experience, ideally in a high-growth or Series B/C environment
• Proven hands-on writing and storytelling skills
• Experience with enterprise or complex B2B sales cycles
• Strong project management skills
• Commercial mindset
• Native-level English proficiency
