Create and maintain operational documentation, SOPs, and knowledge bases — using AI to keep them current and consistent
Requirements
Demonstrated AI proficiency: you use AI tools (Claude, ChatGPT, Copilot, or similar) as a core part of how you work — for analysis, documentation, QA, or process design
CRM experience: hands-on work with a CRM or marketing automation platform (Bloomreach, HubSpot, or similar)
Conceptual understanding of GA4, UTM structures, GTM, and marketing data quality — you don’t need to be a specialist, but you need to understand how tracking and attribution work
2+ years in marketing operations, marketing technology, or a similar hands-on technical marketing role
