Bachelor's Degree
At least 4 years of experience
Certification(s) preferred: Adobe Experience Manager Sites/Assets Developer Professional, Adobe Experience Manager Business Practitioner Professional, Agile certification (Scrum or SAFe), or Project Management certification (PMP)
Leading AEM workstream delivery and quality control
Designing practical standards for components and workflows
Managing dependencies, challenges, and timely resolutions
Coaching and developing junior practitioners
Contributing to practice assets and reusable delivery patterns
Supporting testing and release readiness activities
Working with client product owners, architects, and designers to translate objectives into solution designs and delivery increments
