Support the day-to-day management of investor onboarding, communications, and operational processes
Work closely with the investment, operations, and compliance teams
Be the primary point of contact for both new and existing GXE investors
Ensure every interaction is efficient, compliant, and reflects GXE’s commitment to excellence
Requirements
1–3 years’ experience in investor/customer service, fund administration, financial services, or operations
Strong attention to detail and organisational skills
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet tight deadlines
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (especially Excel and Outlook)
