Support the Governance and Controls team in executing governance activities in support of contractual relationships with strategic service providers of gaming casinos
Conduct thorough contract analysis to operationalize and manage contractual obligations for OLG and the service providers of gaming casinos
Assist in updating process and control documentation
Support the team in responding to audits and reviews completed by both internal and external governing bodies
Assist in preparation of governance and audit reporting to alert management of progress and trends
Engage with stakeholders to follow up on action items, issues, and decisions to ensure documentation is complete and accurate, and that appropriate governance processes are followed
Requirements
Sound interest in law, commerce, accounting, business administration, or related field
Comfortable working as part of a versatile team and liaising with multiple business units
Proficient in MS Word, Excel, SharePoint, Teams; MS Visio, Copilot and Salesforce would be an asset
The passion and hunger to learn, high attention to detail, and strong time-management and organizational skills to manage multiple deadlines and priorities
