This role has a blend of skill sets in both customer service and sales.
The focus is on customer service excellence to ensure claims and product benefits/processes relating to claims are correctly articulated.
Conduct outbound calls to promote products with clear product knowledge to existing and potential customers of our business partners
Upsell / cross-sell GI insurance products & retain customers based on customers’ needs
Ensure all sales calls comply with all quality standards and regulatory requirements
Contribute to sales efforts to attain business sales goals
Perform system UAT from time-to-time and devise process workarounds if needed
Contact customers for renewal and recovery procedures
Any other duties as and when deemed necessary to improve/enhance customer experience

Minimum O’level / Diploma.
At least 1 year of contact centre or 6 months of telemarketing experience in GI sales
Must possess certifications in HI, BCP, PGI, and Comm GI
Ability to work under stress and highly productive sales environment
Highly motivated to achieve targets
Possess good interpersonal & communication skills
Possess sufficient computer competency such as basic MS office software applications
Meticulous, responsible, systematic and preferably with prior experience from telesales and customer service
AI-Skills e.g. ChatGPT and Microsoft CoPilot an advantage
