About this role
Role Overview
- Reporting to the Sr. Director of IT Technology, responsible for leading the overall IT architecture strategy for a dynamic healthcare organization.
- Designing systems that align with business goals, regulatory requirements, and emerging technologies.
- Managing a team of IT Network, Cloud, and Systems Architects.
- Collaborating with IT leadership and business stakeholders to drive innovation, improve system interoperability, optimize cost and enhance security.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, Healthcare Informatics, or a related field.
- 10+ years of progressive experience in IT architecture, including at least 5 years in a leadership role managing network, cloud, and systems architecture teams preferably within a healthcare organization.
- Strong experience with SD-WAN, VPNs, firewalls, network security protocols, and healthcare data exchange networks.
- Strong experience with AWS, Well-Architected Framework, and hybrid cloud solutioning.
- Demonstrated history of assessing, testing, implementing modern platform visibility solutions (DataDog, Dynatrace, New Relic, Prometheus / Grafana).
