Support the integration of technological solutions that enable an expanded UBS product offering
Develop plans and ensure progress in refactoring applications to UBS Technology Standards, rebranding, and integrating core systems into a single platform, along with restructuring and standardizing applications to consume banking services rather than operate as standalone applications
Ensure decommissioning assessments are performed, with monitoring of deactivations and timely retirement of applications
Manage aspects of large-scale, high-complexity initiatives, including planning, execution, scheduling, quality, customer satisfaction, and early identification of potential issues
Identify and manage business leaders and stakeholders, assess their interests, and establish effective communication channels to ensure effective governance and engagement
Coordinate initiative tasks across different divisions, workflows, teams from different streams, and vendors
Help resolve conflicts and dependencies between workflows, align with stream/team leads, and facilitate reprioritization efforts
Perform risk assessments, play an active role in risk mitigation and management, and maintain and monitor a risk management plan
Requirements
Minimum of 10 years of experience in project/initiative management, ideally in the financial sector
Strategic thinker and excellent communicator, able to guide, lead, and persuade
Proven track record managing large-scale technical deliveries within agile teams
Ability to manage a broad set of objectives with conflicting priorities, requiring effective organization of resources across functions, business units, and time zones
Decisive and innovative mindset, willing to propose alternatives, capable of adopting a flexible and adaptable approach, with a focus on timely problem resolution
