Role Overview
- Create a positive, ethical, and respectful work environment by promoting the company culture.
- Manage day to day Center staff including recruiting, onboarding, and performance management.
- Lead intake process for new clients and families.
- Establish and maintain relationships with referral partners.
- Accountable for financial and operational performance of the Center.
- Manage upkeep and cleanliness of the Center.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Operations Management, or related field.
- 5+ years of management, operations, and leadership.
- Healthcare environment experience required, behavioral health preferred.
- Strong business acumen; understanding of general finance and budgeting.
- Excellent communication and organizational skills.
- Must be proficient with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
