Responsible for designing, deploying, and sustaining the organization’s Business Excellence Operating Model
Drive continuous improvement, operational performance, quality management, and change adoption across all areas of operations
Lead and govern Business Excellence program and strategic projects
Design, build, and deploy a comprehensive TQMS
Oversight of company-wide continuous improvement
Collaborate and provide guidance on learning and development programs
Design and govern KPI frameworks
Oversee business performance analytics and produce executive reporting
Ensure regulatory and standards compliance across audits
Drive root cause analysis and corrective processes

Bachelor’s degree from four-year college or university
Minimum of fifteen (15) years experience in operational or business excellence
Minimum of ten (10) years management experience
Strong background in quality management systems and audit standards
Experience in Total Quality Management System (TQMS) is preferred
Proven experience leading enterprise transformation and performance management systems
Must possess strategic thinking, execution leadership, data-driven decision making and advanced analytical skills
Basic computer skills including word processing, spreadsheets, software and e-mail
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
