Responsible for designing, building, and modernizing enterprise financial and operational reporting solutions using Microsoft Fabric and Power BI.
Develop and manage end-to-end reporting solutions using Microsoft Fabric components, including notebooks, pipelines, and semantic models.
Partner with business stakeholders to translate complex requirements into scalable data and reporting designs.
Lead cross-functional collaboration with data engineering, platform, and analytics teams to deliver reports and dashboards.
Support and mentor junior consultants through knowledge sharing and design reviews.

3+ years of experience in business intelligence, reporting, or analytics roles.
Strong hands-on experience with Power BI, including report design, DAX, semantic modeling, and performance optimization.
Experience working with modern data platforms, preferably Microsoft Fabric, Azure Synapse, or similar technologies.
Solid understanding of data modeling concepts, including star schemas, fact/dimension design, and reusable metrics.
Experience supporting financial and/or operational reporting in a large, enterprise environment.
