Role Overview
- Conducts compensation program design, compensation plan management, and compensation evaluation and analysis
- Develops salary and incentive structure designs in accordance with the organization’s reward strategy
- Reviews changes to base pay and incentives as directed by management
- Participates in the planning of new compensation programs
- Assesses the company's compensation programs to ensure they meet established policies
Requirements
- University (Degree) Preferred
- 3+ Years Required; 5+ Years Preferred
