Lead processing of complex payrolls (salaries, vacation, 13th salary, terminations and bonuses) for high complexity cases or large employee volumes.
Execute and validate calculations for supplementary termination payments, profit-sharing (PLR), stock options, expatriation, and Collective Bargaining Agreements (CBAs) from different unions.
Validate and issue payment slips and guides for social and labor-related contributions (FGTS/FGTS Digital, INSS, IRRF).
Ensure accurate and timely submission of all information to eSocial, DCTFWeb and other mandatory filings.
Perform periodic audits of payroll and electronic timekeeping processes to identify bottlenecks, mitigate labor liability risks and ensure compliance with the CLT (Brazilian Labor Code).
Serve as the focal point for external audits, inspections by the Ministry of Labor, and support the Legal department with reports and calculations for labor defenses.
Identify improvement opportunities and lead automation and system parameterization projects for the payroll system (e.g., ERPs such as TOTVS, SAP, Senior, etc.).
Analyze the financial and operational impact of new Collective Bargaining Agreements (CBAs) and ensure correct system parameterization.
Build and analyze management reports and HR KPIs (turnover, absenteeism, payroll cost, overtime) to support executive decision-making.
Prepare and validate provisions reports for vacation, 13th salary and bonuses in partnership with the Controlling/Finance team.
Requirements
Prior experience in personnel administration and processing high-complexity payrolls.
Deep knowledge of the CLT (Brazilian Labor Code), social security legislation, eSocial and union routines.
Strong experience with large-scale ERPs (TOTVS, Senior, SAP or similar) and advanced Excel (pivot tables, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, complex formulas).
Analytical profile, meticulous attention to detail, excellent communication, discretion with sensitive data (LGPD) and resilience to handle tight deadlines.
Knowledge of the ADP ERP.
Experience working in a Shared Services Center (SSC).
