Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Statistics, Applied Mathematics, Financial Mathematics, Engineering, Operations Research, Computer Science, or another highly quantitative field.
Strong analytical, critical thinking, and creative problem-solving skills.
Proficiency in Excel (including formulas, pivot tables, and macros), and programming experience in R and/or Python.
Familiarity with data manipulation and querying tools such as SQL, Hive, or Spark.
Ability to communicate effectively across multiple levels of the organization and work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
Strong organizational and project management skills with the ability to handle multiple assignments.
Willingness to travel up to 10–20% as needed.
