Role Overview
- Shape data demand at source
- Lead the definition of complex business and data requirements
- Translate strategy into delivery
- Drive prioritization and alignment
- Lead backlog refinement sessions
- Map business processes and identify where data can improve efficiency
- Help establish consistent ways of working across North America
- Ensure documentation is clear, consistent, and traceable
- Identify and manage risks across the data demand pipeline
- Work closely with Engagement Leads, Strategic Directors, and GIS teams
- Mentor and develop others
Requirements
- Strong experience in business analysis or data consulting, working with senior stakeholders
- Ability to translate complex business problems into clear, prioritized requirements and user stories
- Proven ability to lead through influence and drive consensus across competing priorities
- Experience working in a B2B, customer-facing or sales-led environment
- Comfortable engaging across commercial teams, operational stakeholders, and technical delivery teams
- Strong understanding of data governance, data quality, and data management principles
- Experience working with multiple data sources and structured delivery frameworks (ITOM or ITIL)
