Role Overview
- Develop and execute category strategies for Secondary Packaging, Sanitation, and Quality Control
- Lead the full sourcing lifecycle—spend analysis, supplier evaluation, RFP development
- Serve as the primary liaison between procurement and operations
- Manage key supplier relationships and lead performance reviews
- Support plants with procurement process and policy adherence
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree is required (Supply Chain, Finance, Business, or other relevant is preferred)
- 5 years of experience in procurement or category management
- Strong negotiation, analysis, communication, and influencing skills
- Highly organized with strong execution capability
- Proficient with ERP and procurement tools
- Experience with indirect categories
- Ability to engage with stakeholders and senior leadership to communicate category strategies
