Support the Sales Process: Partner with Account Executives during discovery calls, demos, technical reviews, and strategic conversations to communicate Overflow’s platform capabilities, integrations, implementation approach, and technical value proposition.
Lead Technical Discovery & Solution Design: Identify customer operational needs, integration requirements, reporting workflows, migration considerations, and ecosystem dependencies in order to recommend scalable solutions tailored to each partner.
Drive Successful Implementations: Support partners through onboarding, activation, integrations, data imports, and troubleshooting to ensure a smooth and successful implementation experience across Overflow products.
Collaborate Cross-Functionally: Work closely with GTM, Product, Engineering, and Onboarding teams to solve technical challenges, improve partner experience, and support customers throughout the full lifecycle.
Serve as a Technical Advisor: Become a subject matter expert on Overflow’s platform, APIs, integrations, and payment infrastructure while translating technical concepts into clear, customer-friendly communication.
Improve Processes & Enablement: Help build scalable Solutions Engineering and Technical Account Management processes, including documentation, implementation guides, training resources, and internal best practices.
Problem Solve & Escalate Effectively: Troubleshoot technical issues, proactively identify implementation risks, and partner with Engineering to ensure bugs and customer feedback are clearly communicated and resolved.
Build Customer Confidence: Act as a trusted technical partner who helps churches and nonprofits feel supported, informed, and confident throughout their partnership with Overflow.
Requirements
5+ years in technical support, sales engineering, implementation engineering, or a related role
Understanding of APIs, webhooks, authentication methods, and SaaS integration patterns
Familiarity with payment processing infrastructure, fintech systems, reconciliation workflows, and transaction lifecycles
Ability to communicate highly technical concepts to non-technical audiences with clarity and confidence
Experience supporting enterprise software implementations or technical pre-sales processes
Familiarity with CRM, ChMS, ERP, and accounting ecosystems commonly used by churches and nonprofits such as Rock RMS, Sage Intacct, Salesforce, etc.
Strong foundation in software development concepts and programming languages.
