Ensure that customer requirements are translated into stable, scalable technical solutions.
Work closely with customer contacts and internal stakeholders.
Configure systems and implement the p36 UDI Platform and associated SAP BTP services.
Perform system configurations including testing and support data migrations.
Support clarification of technical requirements in workshops and customer meetings.
Develop solutions for technical challenges and perform troubleshooting for complex issues.
Document technical solutions and create best practices as well as scalable implementation standards.

Degree in Computer Science, Business Informatics, completed vocational training, or equivalent qualifications.
Good understanding of cloud architectures, integrations, and data migrations.
Ideally experience in a technical, operational, or system-oriented role within a SaaS, software, or implementation environment (e.g., as a software developer, technical consultant, or in DevOps).
Analytical thinking, technical insight, and a structured approach to problem solving.
Initial exposure to SAP-related topics, regulated environments, or the life sciences industry is a plus.
Very good German and English language skills.
