Design, develop, and maintain intelligent automation and agentic AI solutions
Build and maintain automation workflows using Microsoft Azure services (Logic Apps, Functions, Service Bus, Data Factory)
Architect and implement multi-agent systems capable of reasoning, planning, and tool use
Create robust integrations across diverse systems using APIs, Python-based services, and orchestration tools
Collaborate with business stakeholders, legal teams, and IT to deliver impactful automation and agentic solutions
Monitor and optimize automation and agent performance
Maintain documentation and contribute to a knowledge-sharing culture

Strong proficiency in Python, including modern frameworks and libraries (e.g., FastAPI, Pydantic, asyncio, requests/httpx)
Demonstrated experience designing and deploying AI agents and agentic workflows in production or near-production environments
Hands-on experience with agentic orchestration frameworks (LangChain, LangGraph, Semantic Kernel, AutoGen, CrewAI, or equivalent)
Familiarity with LLM APIs (Azure OpenAI, OpenAI, Anthropic, etc.), prompt engineering, and structured output techniques
Strong proficiency with: Microsoft Azure (Logic Apps, Functions, Service Bus, Data Factory)
Power Platform (Power Automate, Power Apps, Dataverse)
RPA tools (e.g., UiPath, Automation Anywhere, Blue Prism)
Experience working in a fast-paced law firm environment with diverse needs
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field
Minimum of 3–5 years of hands-on experience in automation engineering or a related field
