Create visually appealing graphics for digital and print media, including social media posts, website banners, email campaigns, brochures, and advertisements.
Design and optimize layouts for various marketing materials, ensuring a cohesive and professional look across all platforms.
Develop and convey compelling stories through creative visuals that effectively communicate our brand message and engage our audience.
Design and enhance PowerPoint presentations for internal and external use, ensuring they are visually engaging and aligned with our brand guidelines.
Utilize the full set of Adobe Creative Suite tools (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, etc.) to produce high-quality designs and graphics.
Work directly with employees throughout the organization and external agencies to design, develop, and implement creative projects ranging from logos and print materials to web graphics, corporate identity packages, and PowerPoint templates and presentations.
Manage print projects with outside vendors, including obtaining quotes, selecting and approving paper and finishes, receiving invoices, and managing overall project timelines.
Strengthen the company’s brand portfolio with consistent graphics for all segments and brand-specific materials. Provide creative design alternatives and evolutions of current designs.
Influence modifications or evolutions to the World Kinect brand guidelines without developing new policy. Maintain up-to-date marks on all brand logos and update the company’s brand portfolio guidelines.
Build and maintain a digital asset library of collateral, assets, and materials to support the company’s marketing and communication activities in accordance with World Kinect brand guidelines.
Exhibit excellent project leadership and interpersonal skills without supervising others.
Requirements
4+ Proven experience in graphic design, with a strong portfolio showcasing your skills in graphics, layout, and storytelling.
Proficiency in PowerPoint and the ability to create visually appealing presentations.
Strong working knowledge and comfort using the full set of Adobe Creative Suite tools, specifically Adobe Illustrator, InDesign, Photoshop, and Acrobat Pro, as well as Figma, Canva, and related programs.
Strong knowledge of Microsoft PowerPoint, Word, Excel, and SharePoint.
Strong attention to detail, keen eye for aesthetics, excellent communication & collaboration skills.
Strong understanding of the printing process & packaging of files for print.
Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
Excellent time management and organizational skills.
Self-motivated with the ability to take on challenges and be responsive to change.
Demonstrated success working in team environments.
Ability to partner with other departments and interact effectively with employees at all levels of the organization.
Bachelor’s degree in graphic design, marketing, or a related field.
