Lead full-cycle recruiting for corporate functions with a focus on IKC Analyst roles
Act as a trusted advisor to business leaders
Build high-impact talent pipelines
Provide targeted recruitment support for critical clinical roles
Screen and evaluate candidates for skill level, experience, core values, and cultural fit
Facilitate interview debriefs and manage candidate offers
Champion the DaVita brand and culture

High school diploma or equivalent required
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field strongly preferred
Minimum of 3 years of full-cycle recruiting or related talent acquisition experience
Healthcare or corporate staffing experience is preferred
Proven success managing an active desk of 12–20 complex reqs simultaneously
Proficiency with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS), ideally Workday
Intermediate knowledge of MS Office suite
Strong relationship-building skills
Ability to navigate high performance expectations
